Nestled in Georgia’s Northern Coweta County, Cedargate Farms is
comprised of over 1,400 acres with frontage along the Chattahoochee River. The farm
is a working farm with a cow calf operation and hay operation. It is also
the home of Dr. and Mrs. Philip H. Beegle, Jr. Cedargate has become many
things to the Beegle family, a wonderful warm place for family gatherings, Sunday
night bridge games with the parents, and evening rides across the farm. According to Ann Beegle, “all wildlife is safe here,” and
it’s true. The deer, ducks, Canadian geese, and many other animals are protected here.
Polo has become an integral part of life at Cedargate Farms. In fact,
polo has become a passion here. Everyday, after a long day at the office,
Phil can be found out for a bit of “stick and ball” or hard
at work fine-tuning his polo field.
